Our Mission

Fiore di Puglia products are the result of a company thought able to mix with success nature and ancient traditional with the most advanced techniques. Thus the tarallo, from simple bread derived, become also a snack, reaching the palates of all Europe, Russia, China, Japan and America.

Three production plants with a total area of 12.000 square meter, 60 employee and a diary production capacity equal to 100 quintals taralli, 10 quintals of friselle, 15 quintals of dry pastries and 25 quintals of dry pasta: this is the Fiore di Puglia daily life.

Our production

Fiore di Puglia provides a manual of self-monitoring on food hygiene developed as disposed by the CE Regulation 852/2004. In order to protect the consumer applies procedures HACCP-based, ensures process of traceability for every single product in all the phases of the supply chain, applies the requirements of BRC and IFS standards, joins the brand Qualità Puglia, relies only free GMO raw ingredients and much more.
