Stoneground flour taralli “i coratini” with certification “Qualità Puglia” are boiled as per tradition with sourdough mother yeast and with raw materials from organic farming at km. 0, only with extra virgin olive oil from the cultivar “la coratina”, they don’t contain palm oil.  These taralli are a vegan food product.

INGREDIENTS

Stone ground wheat flour, durum wheat flour (15,5%), white wine, olive oil (10,5%), sourdough (1%), extra virgin olive oil (0,6%), salt.
