Our production doesn't include only traditional taralli and other bakery products typical of our wonderful region.
We wanted to make room also at the production of a very important product, obtained from raw ingredients that are born in our region and that all Italy envy us: the wheat!
That's why artisanal dry pasta is born. A product line equal to the typical pasta that we consume every day, respecting in every detail traditional receipts passed on for generations.
