400 grams of cavatelli
1 Kg of mussels
PREPARATION OF CAVATELLI WITH MUSSELS
The individual steps to correctly prepare cavatelli for mussels:
Clean and wash the mussels carefully, also removing the eventual byssus (the beard) from the shell.
Place them in a pan, with a little oil, a little water, chopped parsley, a pinch of salt and a clove of salt, making them open at medium-high heat.
Cook your pasta, making sure to drain it al dente.
Sauté your pasta in the pan along with the mussels, adding a pinch of pepper and the tomatoes (which must be washed and cut into small pieces).
After mixing the aromas and flavors for a couple of minutes, you can serve your first dish on the table ... and Buon Appetito!
