TARALLO’S CREAM : ideal with your favourite Pasta

TARALLO CREAM: IDEAL TO SEASON FIRST DISHES

With this original recipe we want to offer you a  simple idea on how to make a first course with  TARALLO'S CREAM.  
Fast and very tasty.

INGREDIENTS:

• 200 g of taralli (size of  tarallo  is not  important ) ,
• 500 ml of meat broth ( or if you prefer  with a vegetable one );
• 70 g grated Parmesan cheese
• Salt to taste. (sometimes depending on the tarallo's flavour , neither salt nor pepper is necessary)

HOW TO PREPARE : 
In a small saucepan with the broth, put the  taralli  and cook  them for about 10 minutes (depending on the size). 
Turn off the heat and blend everything with the help of an immersion blender. S
eason with grated cheese and season with salt.
A tip: try not to make a cream neither too liquid nor too hard.
We just have to choose the size of pasta, cook it in plenty of salted water and mix  it in our tarallo cream and ...
