Fennel Gratin with Taralli
For those who are always in a hurry but do not want to lose the pleasure of cooking, we offer a simple recipe, fresh and tasty at the same time.
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 4 fennels
- 2 tablespoons of grated cheese
- 100g of taralli
- extra virgin olive oil q.b.
- Salt to taste
How to prepare
Cut the fennel into slices with a thickness of about 1 cm and place them in a pan covered with baking paper.
Separately add the chopped taralli with the cheese, oil and salt and sprinkle the fennel.
Bake at 180 °C and finish cooking them with the grill-function !
