Frise “Fiore di Puglia ” Vegetarian style
Ingredients for 4 people:
4 Frise ” Fiore di Puglia ”
6 or 7 tomatoes
1 green pepper
100 gr. of black olives
Oregano rocket salad salt oil to taste
Method Wet the frize with water and season with extra-virgin olive oil and salt.
Separately cut the tomatoes into small pieces and squeeze them on the frize.
Finally completed with cubes of green pepper, black olives, a little ‘of rocket, oregano and capers.
Sprinkle with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt and serve.
