Friselle – “Sea & Mountain” flavour

Put   the wet  Friselle “Fiore di Puglia ” in a large dish and add ome fillings with fish salad , add oil, anchovies in spicy “Rizzoli” sauce , olives.

For the other ones  cut the chopped mozzarella di bufala, add corn, oregano and a drizzle of oil.
