Orecchiette with Parmesan Cheese & Tomatoes

400 gr Orecchiette  “Fiore di Puglia ” 
1 potato cut into cubes 
150 gr  smoked mozzarella smoked cut into cubes 150 gr.
Raw ham or bacon cut into cubes
150 gr pomodorini cut into cubes 
handful of parmesan cut into cubes
Drop the orecchiette, the potato and the parmesan crusts in a pot with salted boiling water.
Meanwhile, brown the ham with a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
Drain the pasta, potato and parmesan and put everything in the pan to make it flavour.
Add the mozzarella and chopped basil and transfer everything into a baking dish and leave to cook au gratin until the mozzarella is melted.
It ‘s really a great dish appreciated by all, but above all is made special by the Orecchiette “Fiore di Puglia ” that have a great taste and manage to mix the ingredients in an exceptional way.
