Taralli with Ricotta & Anchovies
1 bag of Taralli Classic Flavour “Fiore di Puglia ” 250g
200 gr of Ricotta
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 pinch of black pepper
Anchovies in oil
How to prepare
Mix the ricotta cheese with the parmesan and pepper,
transfer the mixture into the pastry bag and fill the taralli.
On one side, place a piece of anchovy and serve.
Pls remember: do not prepare them too early, otherwise the taralli will absorb the ricotta’s moisture, losing their typical crunchiness !
