1 pack of Fiore di Puglia 250 gr Classic Taralli
200 gr of ricotta cheese
2 tablespoon of grated Parmesan Cheese
1 pinch of black pepper
Anchovies in oil
Mix the ricotta cheese with parmesan cheese and black pepper
Insert the cream in a sac à poche and fill the taralli.
Place a piece of anchovie on the filled tarallo and serve.
Remember: don't prepare them too early. In that case the taralli could absorbe the ricotta cheese cream losing their typical crunchiness!
