At Sana 2017, the international trade fair for organic and natural products, which took place from 8 to 11 September at BolognaFiere, Fiore di Puglia received the Bio Awards prize for excellence in the category ’Bread substitutes: taralli and breadsticks’ for its gluten-free multigrain taralli.
Following last year’s award for the best charity initiative, won with its ‘Qualità Puglia’-certified taralli, Fiore di Puglia has now received further recognition at Sana, which highlights the company’s work in developing and launching innovative organic products onto the market. Committed to satisfying not only the palates of its consumers but also the needs of those who must follow a gluten-free diet, Fiore di Puglia has developed a range of gluten-free taralli that retain all the delicious flavour and crumbly texture of classic taralli. A high-quality, healthy and natural product, free from sulphites, milk, eggs and palm oil, it ensures that everyone can enjoy the crunch of a traditional Apulian tarallo, including the fennel seed and pizza-flavoured varieties.
